Shipping Information

What shipping carriers do you use?     We use several carriers. The choice is up to you on how your shipment will arrive, just select USPS, UPS or FedEx, and the shipping time frame     from the menu of choices in our shopping cart.        How long will it be before I get my order?       We ship in-stock items paid with a credit card or money order out between one to three business days of the order. Orders paid with a check will go out as soon as the check has cleared, usually five to fourteen business days. Items on backorder take from one to three weeks before we can ship them out.       If you have ordered an item that is on back order we will notify you as soon as we receive the order. You may choose to substitute another item or       you may cancel the back ordered items. We will send out the rest of your order in one to three business days.   How can I find out where my order is at?     Please call us at (541)890-8394 and we will let you know when your order was shipped, and give you a tracking number from the carrier it was shipped from.
