Once items are purchased from Designer Alley LLC, its designers, artists, vendors or its affilates and leave the property of Designer Alley LLC, or its
designers, artists, vendors or its affilates, customer understands that risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
If risk of loss is of concern to you it is our recommendation that you purchase the additional insurance made available by
each carrier company.
Product Descriptions and Photos
Designer Alley LLC attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Designer Alley LLC does not warrant that product descriptions or other
content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Designer Alley LLC strongly encourages all customers
to contact either our customer service team, or the artist or designer directly for clarification or other questions to determine products suitability.
Client understands due to the unique nature of custom design, or hand made items their might be slight deviations in each piece from the photo. Returns and
Exchanges are left to the discretion of each fashion designer, fashion artist or vendor and is not determined by Designer Alley LLC. Please refer to each designers
return policy before making you desision to buy. If any dispute arrises between a customer and fashion designer, fasion artist or other vendor, Designer Alley LLC will
mediate with both parties to find a workable solution. If in the event mediation does not resolve in a favorable solution then the matter will be resolved as explained
under "Disputes"
Retail Pricing
The following terms refer to our retail prices; except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for the products on
our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself and are estimated in accordance with standard
industry practice for items of the same quality and content. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may

Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an items' correct price is higher than

not represent the prevailing price in every geographical area of the globe. In order to qualify for wholesale pricing you must be
first approved by Designer Alley LLC and meet the wholesale purchasing criteria. To purchase the fashion designs in wholesale amounts please
sign up with an account online and then contact us to get approved for purchasing at this level.
